Super-P Parent Referral Scheme: Terms & Conditions We're excited to reward parents who help us spread the word about the Super-P Workshop! To keep things fair and transparent, here are the key terms for our referral scheme: Scheme: Terms & Conditions ✅ Who Can Earn a Referral Reward? You are eligible for a referral reward if: You refer a club decision-maker (such as a coach, welfare officer, or team manager) who goes on to book a Super-P Workshop (live or online). The booking is for a minimum of 10 parents. The booking is confirmed, paid, and delivered. You are the first parent whose referral clearly leads to the booking, based on our internal tracking. 💷 What’s the Reward? A £50 Amazon gift card will be emailed to you once the booking meets all eligibility criteria. One reward per club booking. If a club books multiple workshops, only the first qualifying referral is rewarded. 🧾 Special Cases & Clarifications If the club or contact is already known to us: You may still qualify if no previous booking has been made, but we may ask you to help encourage the booking. If multiple parents refer contacts from the same club: We will assess whose referral directly resulted in the booking. For example, if Parent A refers the welfare officer and we make contact but they don’t book, and later Parent B refers the head coach who does book, Parent B will receive the referral reward—even if the welfare officer is the one who completes the booking paperwork. This is to ensure we recognise the referral that led to the confirmed workshop. You are welcome to make multiple referrals with different names and email addresses if you’re unsure who the key decision-maker is at the club. We will track who leads to the actual booking and credit that referral. If another parent has already referred the same contact: The first referral linked to the successful booking is eligible. We cannot issue multiple rewards for the same booking. If the club has previously booked: No reward will be given for a repeat booking with the same club contact. If the new booking comes from a different coach or contact not in our records, your referral may still qualify. 📬 How to Make a Referral To qualify: Submit your referral via our official referral form Clearly include your full name and details of the club contact you’re referring (name, role, and club). Encourage your club contact to mention your name when inquiring or booking. ⏳ When Will You Receive Your Reward? Rewards will be issued within 14 days of the workshop being: Confirmed (minimum of 10 parents) Paid in full We’ll notify you by email and send the reward digitally. ⚖️ General Terms We reserve the right to determine and record whose referral directly resulted in the booking. This scheme may be modified or withdrawn at any time. All referral submissions and reward decisions are final and made at our discretion. Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.
