Terms and Conditions for Workshop Participation

Effective Date: 1/1/2024

1. Workshop Format and Access

The workshop may be delivered as either a pre-recorded video with lifetime access or a live online/in-person session with a 7 day catch up for online recorded workshops.

Lifetime access refers to the availability of the workshop content for the duration that Raising Happy Champs continues to operate and host the material.

2. Payment and Booking

All fees must be paid in full at the time of booking.

Group rates and minimum attendance policies apply for live workshops. Please refer to specific booking pages for pricing details.

Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received and a confirmation email has been issued.

3. Cancellations and Refund Policy

We offer a money-back guarantee if you are dissatisfied with the workshop. To request a refund, you must:

- Provide constructive feedback explaining your dissatisfaction within 7 days of attending or accessing the workshop.

- Refunds will not be issued after this period.

- Refunds are only issued to individuals and cannot be given to a group.

For live workshops, if minimum numbers are not met, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel. You will be offered a full refund or an alternative date.

4. Intellectual Property

- All materials provided during the workshop, including videos, slides, workbooks, and any accompanying resources, are the intellectual property of Dr. Jennifer J. Harris and Raising Happy Champs.

These materials are for your personal use only. You may not share, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the workshop without prior written permission.

- The term ‘SUPER-P’ is a registered trademark of Dr. Jennifer J. Harris. No individual, organisation, or entity may use, replicate, refer to, promote, or deliver material using the ‘SUPER-P’ name, method, or associated content without explicit prior written consent. This includes use in educational, commercial, or promotional contexts.

5. Disclaimer

The workshop is educational in nature and is not a substitute for individual psychological advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Participation in the workshop does not establish a client-psychologist relationship.

6. Participant Responsibilities and Conduct

You agree to participate respectfully and to not record or distribute any part of the workshop without permission.

We foster a non-judgmental, supportive environment. All participants must treat others with respect. Disrespectful or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the session without a refund.

You agree to maintain the confidentiality of any personal stories or sensitive information shared by others during the workshop. What is shared in the workshop must stay within the workshop.

Our workshops are educational and do not replace therapy. It may be that participating in a workshop helps you realise your child would benefit from working with a sport psychologist. In such cases, we encourage seeking appropriate professional support. Our content is designed to complement, not substitute, any ongoing psychological support or therapy.

7. Changes to the Workshop or Terms

We reserve the right to update the content or format of the workshop at any time.

These Terms may also be updated from time to time, and any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
